You’re welcome to curl up in our cocoon with the evocative name “La Petite Eos”, located at the end of the hamlet in a place called “Helios”, close to the village of Belfort du Quercy (3km) and Lalbenque (4km), on the border between the Lot (46) and the Tarn et Garonne (82).
\nThis charming, authentic house is also ideally located for visiting the major tourist sites (Saint Cirq Lapopie, Cahors, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, etc.) or discovering the many local markets that take place nearby.
\nFeaturing 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and shared toilet, a living room, a kitchen with high ceilings, functional and fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals comfortably, a lounge with TV, bookshelves and board games for young and old, our 73m\u00b2 g\u00eete can accommodate up to 4 people (or 5 with a young child).
\nA beautiful terrace facing the private saltwater pool, with 4 deckchairs, equipped with a motorized awning, a gas plancha (no barbecue) and a dining area, will enable you to enjoy convivial moments with family or friends, or simply “listen” to the silence of the Quercy countryside!
\nThe private swimming pool (8mX4m, flat-bottomed to take advantage of its full surface area) is heated, equipped with a roller shutter, has a staircase and is child-friendly, making it ideal for cooling off!
\nA large garden provides a great play area for younger guests.
\nA p\u00e9tanque court (15mX4m) can be shared with our other guests whose g\u00eetes are nearby!
\nThe layout of the site means that each g\u00eete has its own outdoor space, but you’ll share the park below.
\nThe house is fully equipped for your comfort: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, connected TV, connected speakers, Wifi internet access….
\nA ping-pong table is available outside.
