Preamble: Stakeholder status<\/b><\/h3>\n

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the lessee-guarantor<\/b> and the lessor<\/b>, defining the rights and obligations of each party.<\/p>\n

The tenant<\/b> is defined as the natural person responsible for the reservation.
\nHe\/she is the sole contact and assumes full responsibility for managing the reservation, complying with the rental conditions, and any damage that may occur during the stay. <\/p>\n

The lessor<\/b> is SARL Les G\u00eetes d’H\u00e9lios, registered under SIRET number 89113415700017, with its head office at 700 chemin de Bellut, 46230 Lalbenque.
\nThe company is represented by Mrs Fanny Parre, in her capacity as manager, and holds an insurance certificate covering its obligations. <\/p>\n

By booking, the renter certifies that he\/she has read and understood the general terms and conditions of sale and use.
\nHe\/she undertakes to respect them, by validating them at the time of booking.
\nThis validation gives rise to the issue of a receipt confirming the commitment entered into by the tenant. <\/b><\/p>\n

The rental contract is exclusively reserved for the use of accommodation in the g\u00eetes located at the following address: Lieu-dit H\u00e9lios, 46230 Belfort-du-Quercy.
