Deposit
A deposit cheque for €1,200 is required, but will not be cashed unless the house rules are broken or the equipment is damaged.
It will be returned when you check out.
Rules of procedure
Cancellation policy
Cancellation after 90 days: 100% refund within 30 days of cancellation.
Cancellation between 60 and 90 days before arrival: reimbursement of 50% of the reservation amount within 30 days of cancellation.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: no refund will be made, the lessor retains the full amount of the reservation.
If, due to force majeure beyond our control, the lessor is unfortunately forced to cancel your reservation before your arrival, you will be offered the option of postponing your stay or opting for a full refund within 72 hours of cancellation.
